  • Yep! I use Flash CS3. I do each drawing one at a time, though sometimes I can copy and paste heads and things like that. Anyway, it's a slow process with lots of drawing involved.

  • 30 Frames per second, but most of it is drawn on twos, so 15 frames per second.
